A MAN has admitted to two charges of assaulting a woman and criminal damage.
Terry Herbert, of Llanybydder, pleaded guilty to the two assaults which took place between March 1 and March 31 and May 1 and May 31 and also to destroying a mobile phone belonging to the woman when he appeared at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
Magistrates imposed a community order which includes a 30-day rehabilitation requirement and issued a two-year restraining order.
The 40-year-old was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, along with £85 prosecution costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
