CARDIGAN Oxygen Therapy Centre will continue to stay open again during the current lockdown as it is classed as an essential medical service.
Everyone is being treated on a strict one at a time basis and extra cleaning and sanitising is in place.
Centre manager Gina Fox said: “Unfortunately we are unable to accept new patients at the moment due to the social distancing constraints in the oxygen chamber. This will continue until the 2m distance can be relaxed.
“If you arrive early for your appointment you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until the oxygen chamber has been cleaned down and is ready for you.
“We are not putting these rules in place to be awkward. They are for your own safety and the safety of our volunteers without whom there would not be a centre.
“Everyone who attends the centre is classed as vulnerable due to their conditions and we are trying our best to keep you all safe and healthy.”
