A LLANDYSUL man has denied breaking the terms of a community order.
David John Rhys Phillips, of Lincoln Street, Llandysul, has been charged with two curfew violations and failing to attend an appointment in breach of a community order made by Swansea magistrates in February.
The 51-year-old pleaded not guilty and magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre adjourned the case until October 26 for the trial.
