Crymych blood donation sessions
The Welsh Blood Service had an amazing 1,097 donors turning up to give blood for the first time in June.
And now you too can do something amazing this summer by booking to donate at Crymych Leisure Centre this week between August 3 - 5.
You will need to book an appointment at wbs.wales/CrymNews and you can check eligibility and register at welsh-blood.org.uk
