A BLAENPORTH man has been remanded on unconditional bail after pleading guilty to making menacing phone calls and threatening behaviour.
Paul Nother, of Lon yr Ysgol, Blaenporth, appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he admitted two charges of making two telephone calls on October 23 last year where he threatened to slit a woman’s throat.
He also admitted to a charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on the same date.
The case was adjourned and the 46-year-old is due back before the court on July 1 for sentence.
