A CARDIGAN drug-driver has been banned from the road for 18 months and ordered to pay £417.
Delroy Anderson Lake, of Gwbert. appeared at Llanelli magistrates' court on Tuesday, June 16.
Lake, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Passat while over the controlled drug limit on the A40 near Carmarthen on October 13.
He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £300, and ordered to pay £85 costs plus a £32 surcharge.
