A DRIVER stopped at Crymych did not have a valid licence, insurance or MOT certificate.
Brogan Rys Waters, of Tegryn Llanfyrnach, pleaded guilty to all three charges under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The 24-year-old admitted driving a Seat Leon on the A478 at Main Street, Crymych on December 4 as a provisional licence holder but he was not accompanied by a qualified driver and had no L-plates. There was no insurance or test certificate on the car.
Waters was fined a total of £160, with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
