A MOTORIST who drove off following an accident at Aberporth has been fined and his licence endorsed.
Owen Furreedan, of Llantrisant Road, Llandaff, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to three charges when he appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’Court.
The 41-year-old was driving a VW Transporter at Aberporth beach car park on August 28 when he was involved in an accident which led to damage to a Fiat Panda.
Furreedan admitted careless driving, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident as soon as reasonably practicable within 24 hours.
He was fined £198, along with £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge. Furreedan’s driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
