A BLAENPORTH man is due to appear before magistrates tomorrow (December 11) after being charged with failing to comply with the requirements of a court order.
Toby William Holland, aged 48, is accused of failing to attend unpaid work appointments without reasonable excuse as part of a community order previously imposed by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. No plea has yet been entered
He was granted unconditional bail and is due back before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court tomorrow. A previous arrest warrant for failing to attend court was withdrawn.
