A CARDIGAN man has been banned from driving for 12 months and must pay a fine and costs of more than £500.
Julian Hulett, of William Street, Cardigan, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath without reasonable excuse when suspected of driving a vehicle at Aberystwyth on September 28.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre banned the 39-year-old from the roads for a year and fined him £385, along with £85 costs and a £38 victim surcharge.
