A BLAENANNERCH driver who failed to reveal the identity of a car driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence has been fined and points added to his licence.
Paul James, of Brynheulwen, Blaenannerch, had pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
But magistrates found him guilty and fined the 53-year-old £180, along with costs of £200 and a £30 victim surcharge. Six points were added to his driving licence.
A separate charge of speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the B4570 at Cwmcou was dismissed with no evidence offered.
