A PENCADER driver was caught speeding on the A40 at Nantyci, Carmarthen.
William Stephen Jones, of New Inn, Pencader, was found guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court of driving a Mitsubishi Shogun at 79mph when the limit was 70mph on March 9.
The 52-year-old was fined £220, with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
