A DRIVER in New Quay has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving.
Officers from Ceredigion Roads Policing Unit stopped the motorist late last night (Thursday July 26) when the car was seen being driven without lights.
The driver gave a positive breath test plus a positive roadside drugs wipe for cocaine.
Blood samples have been sent for analysis.
A vehicle has also been seized in Llanybydder for having no insurance, MOT or tax and the driver reported to court.
