A MOTORIST who was stopped at Penparc has denied a charge of driving while disqualified.
Graham Harold Bell, of Llangainan, St Clears, Carmarthenshire, was stopped on the A487 Cardigan to Penparc road on May 2 while driving a Ford Galaxy.
The 69-year-old pleaded not guilty to driving while disqualified when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He also denied a further charge of driving without insurance.
Bell was remanded on unconditional bail until he returns to court for trial on August 22.
