BETH Wickes dropped in to Cardigan Lifeboat Station this week on her epic round-Britain coastal trip.
Beth is walking the coast of Britain, from RNLI lifeboat station to lifeboat station, raising awareness and money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, Association of Lowland Search and Rescue and Mountain Rescue England and Wales.
And volunteers at Cardigan Lifeboat Station were more than happy to put on the kettle for a well-earned cup of tea as she moved from the Pembrokeshire coast into Ceredigion.
Beth has already covered more than 1,500 miles on her journey since setting out from Tower Lifeboat Station on October 3.
Any offers of accommodation or help would be much appreciated.
