A HENLLAN man accused of benefit fraud will stand trial at crown court.
Glanville Lloyd Harbud, of Henllan, Llandysul, has been charged between July 27, 2013 and April 20, 2018 with failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances, namely he was in paid work, that would affect his entitlement to pension credit.
The 67-year-old pleaded not guilty when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He was remanded on unconditional bail to appear at Swansea Crown Court on May 17 or such a time as the court directs.
