A CARDIGAN man who admitted possessing drugs has been fined.
John Charles Elliott, of Rhydyfelin, Cardigan, appeared at Aberystwyth Justice Centre to plead guilty to possessing 1.3 grammes of cannabis in the town on February 26.
Magistrates fined the 35-year-old £80, along with £85 in costs and a £30 victim surcharge. An order was made to confiscate the drugs and destroy them.
