A NEW Quay driver has appeared in court to deny charges of driving without insurance and without a valid licence.
Graham Harold Bell, of Llandysul Road, New Quay, appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre to plead not guilty to the offences alleged to have taken place at Cross In, New Quay, on July 24 last year.
The case against the 68-year-old was adjourned until February 27.
