Two drivers in Cardigan have been arrested
ONE suspected drug-driver and an alleged drink-driver were arrested in Cardigan by officers from Ceredigion Roads Policing Unit over the weekend.
The drug-driver was arrested after providing a positive sample for both cocaine and cannabis, while the drink-driver recorded a positive sample while in custody.
