AN Aberporth man is to stand trial at crown court accused of taking and distributing indecent images of a child.
Ian Mark Roberts, of Brynglas, Aberporth, faces charges of taking an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child between July 22, 2017 and December 21, 2017. He is also accused of distributing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child between those same dates.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre granted the 48-year-old unconditional bail to appear at Swansea crown court on January 18. No plea has yet been formally entered.
