A man has been accused of drug-driving
AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Newcastle Emlyn man accused of drug-driving.
Benjamin Eddie Evans, of High Street, Newcastle Emlyn, failed to appear before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 34-year-old is accused of drug-driving on the B4335 Pentrecwrt, Llandysul, on July 19.
