A MAN caught with cannabis in Cardigan must pay fines and costs of more than £200.
Dean Peter Thomas, of Golwg y Castell, Cardigan, had 5.6 grams of herbal cannabis in his possession when stopped at Guildhall Square on September 17.
The 22-year-old pleaded guilty and was fined £100 by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
