A LLANDYSUL motorist who failed to give information about the identity of a car driver who was alleged to have committed an offence must pay fines and costs of more than £400.
Ethan Davies, of Tafarnscawen Farm, Pentregat, Llandysul, pleaded guilty to the charge after failing to reveal the identity of the driver involved on the A486 at Maenygroes on December 2 last year.
The 20-year-old had originally denied the charge but changed his plea when he reappeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
Davies was fined £180, with £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
