A NEWCASTLE Emlyn woman has admitted growing cannabis in the town.
Rosemary Bianca Linseele, of Station Terrace, admitted growing 10 cannabis plants on November 3 last year. She also pleaded guilty to possessing 67.8 grammes of herbal cannabis when she appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 41-year old was fined £120 for growing the plants and £80 for possessing drugs. Linseele was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
Magistrates ordered the confiscation and destruction of the plants and other drugs paraphernalia.
