A MAN who entered the River Teifi at Cardigan on Good Friday night escaped without injury.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman said: “Police were called at approximately 11.25pm with concerns for a male who had voluntarily entered the river by the foot bridge in Cardigan. The male was out of the water when police attended.”
Cardigan lifeboat crew was also alerted and on stand-by but did not launch as the man was already out of the water.
