Police have launched an investigation after human remains were found at a house in Ceredigion
HUMAN remains have been found at a house in Ceredigion.
Police were called to a property in Aberaeron last week after concerns had been raised about the welfare of two women.
One woman has been taken to hospital and following a search of the house, the remains of a body were found.
A spokesman for Dyfed Powys Police said: “On Monday, March 12, Dyfed-Powys Police received a report concerning the welfare of two women from the Aberaeron area.
“On police attendance at the property, one female was taken to hospital.
“Following a search of the property the remains of a body have been found. The death is currently being treated as unexplained. The coroner has been informed.”
