Magistrates have adjourned a case involving an alleged speeding charge in Eglwyswrw.
Thomas Malcolm Maskell, aged 52, of Penlan Farm, New Mill Road, Cardigan, is accused of driving at 38mph through the village’s 30mph limit on March 19, and failing to provide information about the identity of the driver when requested.
Maskell was not present at Aberystwyth magistrates when the case was listed on Wednesday, and the hearing was adjourned until November 5.
