Ceredigion’s Welsh Liberal Democrat MP, Mark Williams, opened the new Da Mhile Distillery Tasting room and gallery at Glynhynod Farm, the home of Teifi Cheese. The event also doubled up as the opening of the Ceredigion Art Trail’s first event of the year, with an exhibition of work by local artists.
Commenting at the event, Mark Williams said:
‘It was a real honour to be able to open this event, which encapsulates many issues which are important in Ceredigion. It is a celebration of our the wealth of local talent, and good local food and drink produced in the area.
‘I wish this great project well for the future, and commend John Savage Onstwedder and Peter Jackman of the Ceredigion Arts Trail for all their work.’
