Bringing with them their tales of doomed barbecues, French mustard and falling in love on a Tennessee highway, Police Dog Hogan are due to perform live in The Queens Hall, Narberth on November 29, 8pm.

A high energy eight piece band, whose members include The Guardian journalist and popular author Tim Dowling and former Telegraph journalist Tim Jepson, Police Dog Hogan play a fusion of country, pop, folk, and rocking urban bluegrass.

With their album Fraserburgh Train available on iTunes Police Dog Hogan have firmly made their mark on the music scene. The Sunday Times described them as ‘wonderful’, and The Telegraph named them one of their favourite new bands.

A firm favourite on the festival circuit since forming in 2009, Police Dog Hogan have been playing to sell-out crowds across the country in the past year. A unique combination of guitar, accordion, banjo, mandolin, fiddle and trumpet with sweet four part melodies, the band incorporates a range of styles like no other.

Supporting Police Dog Hogan on the night is 16 year old Canadian singer/songwriter Sophia Radisch. Sophia released her debut album ‘INTOXICATED’ in September 2014. Her album includes Guest Guitarist, Glen Drover, formerly of Megadeth.

Declared Wire Awards 2013 Rising Star, Sophia is an unbelievably accomplished artist at such a young age. Sophia’s original music compositions have been used in several films as part of film scores, including the feature film ‘Thirteen Downs’ in which she was cast as lead.

Having had her originals requested for film, TV and television advertisements, Sophia’s music continues to be played across radio in a whole host of countries including Canada, the USA, and the UK.
