A number of events are planned for the Ceredigion coastline, during the National Whale and Dolphin Watch.
The Sea Watch Foundation will be on the pier every day in New Quay, 11am to 5pm, July 26 to August 3, and a number of family activities are planned, including a daily Topnotch Treasure Hunt, and spot the dolphin competition.
Public landwatches will also take place at from Aberystwyth, including one at Aberystwyth Castle, 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, July 29.
Binoculars, suitable clothing, sunscreen and a picnic are recommended.
There will be a fun family beach clean at New Quay, August 1, 5.30pm to 6.30pm, sand sculptures on Dolau Beach, August 2, 10.30am to 12.30pm, and tombola on the pier on August 3.
