So you want to escape the rat race.....live in a character home in the beautiful Welsh countryside but still want an income ? In that case you've got to look at this property because it could satisfy all of the above requirements.

Sculptureheaven is a very popular (currently number 1 on Tripadvisor for things to do in Ceredigion) Sculpture Garden / Gallery and Tearoom / Sculpture Business set in just under 3 acres of landscaped gardens overlooking the Ceri Valley (income available on request).

The business trades seasonally from Easter to October each year for 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays and produces a very good income from both the high number of tourists and regular and loyal local patronage.

There are obvious possibilities for further business development by increasing the number of open days and offers a wonderful lifestyle opportunity to be self employed and make a good living from gardening, arts and crafts and baking. It would also be possible, subject to any consents required to develop glamping/camping on the site.

Sculptureheaven is on 2.5 acres of land set between the villages of Rhydlewis, Brongest and Glynarthen. The three beautiful beaches of Tresaith, Penbryn and Llangrannog are all about 15 minutes drive. Primary and junior schools at Brynhoffnant (2.8 miles), secondary schools at Newcastle Emlyn (6.3 miles), Cardigan (10.8 miles) and Llandysul (9.5 miles). Both Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are bustling attractive market towns with supermarkets, swimming pools and leisure facilities. Cardigan also has a thriving Arts Centre, Cinema and Theatre. Cardigan Castle was renovated and opened to visitors 5 years ago and this has greatly increased tourist trade locally.

The family home comprises a good sized entrance hall with floor to ceiling window providing superb views, leading to the large kitchen/diner (with French windows leading onto an extensive patio) and living room. The first floor has 3 good sized bedrooms and a large family bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, recently refurbished to a high standard.
