Baum Patricia Mary ( Pat ) Peacefully after a short illness at Glangwili Hospital on Sunday, August 23rd. Pat of Dolawel, Bryn Hafod, Cardigan. Devoted wife of David, loving mother of Andrew, Richard and Sarah, respected mother in law of Bethan, proud grandmother of Martha, Hannah and Dewi. Private funeral service at Park Gwyn Crematorium Narberth on Wednesday September 2nd at 2:30pm.
