IT is proposed to hold the Costcutter Football League annual general meeting at the start of July through means of the Zoom video conferencing method involving a member from each club.

The meeting will include plans for officials to visit clubs for the distribution of trophies and medals – St Dogmaels lifted the Division One title, New Quay were Division Two kingpins and Llandysul Reserves were champions of Division Three.

On prospects of the new season starting in the not too distant future league chairman John Jones said “We will of course be taking advice from First Minister Mark Drakeford.

“Some people say we will not get the season going until the end of the year, but with easing of lockdown it could be that it will start in September,” he added.
