As leaders and reigning champions Lamb A started the second half of the Cardigan & District Pool League in style with a 10-0 demolition of house rivals Lamb B it was all about Lee Davies.

The talented cueist, who won international honours last year, stunned players and supporters by achieving two eight-ball clearances in the same match. After potting all eight balls in his singles encounter he repeated the feat in the doubles.

Davies was following in the footsteps of team colleague and reigning singles champion Chris Truslove who was the first to do the trick a few seasons ago.
