High-flying Newcastle Emlyn Rugby Club of League 1 West go in search of further WRU Plate glory on Saturday when facing what appears an extremely tough round four away tie against unbeaten Brecon of League 1 East.
The rivals clash in a round four tie at Parc De Pugh and with a quarter-final slot up for grabs the game could be a thriller attracting a bumper crowd.
In seven league outings Brecon have won six and drew with leaders Newbridge while Emlyn have a 100 per cent record.
In round one the Powys club emerged 36-24 winners at home against Rhiwbina of League 1 East Central while the Teifisiders sprang a 27-17 win over fellow leaguers Hendy at Dol Wyber.
At the second round stage Brecon had a walkover against Ynysybwl and Emlyn sprang a 55-0 win over visitors Nantgaredig of League 2 West.
The top dogs from the east visited League 1 West Central leaders Bonymaen in the third round and turned on the style in a 24-16 win while the Red and Whites were given a walkover against Brynaman.
