The gap at the top of the Ceredigion Bowling Association Division One table has been reduced to three points after leaders and reigning champions Lampeter conceded ground to second-placed Cardigan for the second week in succession.

The top two go head-to-head on the Gwbert Road green in Cardigan at the end of the month in the penultimate batch of fixtures that will in all probability decided the championship outcome.
