ST DOGMAELS will now meet Aberystwyth League leaders Penparcau in the final of the prestigious J Emrys Morgan Cup after Bishops Castle were disqualified.
Shropshire-based Bishops Castle of the JT Hughes Montgomeryshire Amateur League sprang a 3-1 win over Penparcau at Caersws to reach the final.
But soon after the semi-final the Central Wales Football Association received a complaint that the English club had broken the rules by including a senior player in their line-up.
After an investigation Bishops Castle were disqualified and the final on Good Friday will now involve St Dogmaels and Penparcau.
