Significant interest is focused on the Championship relegation scrap on Saturday with three games of vital importance.

Bottom of the pile Newcastle Emlyn, currently eight points from safety with six fixtures remaining, visit the Llynfi Valley for a clash with follow strugglers Maesteg Quins.

Seven days after doing battle with Quins the Red and Whites host third from bottom Newbridge who are seven points above them while the return game against Maesteg is at Ddol Wyber on April 13.

Quins are currently eight points ahead of Alex Williams and Co with two games in hand on their rivals having won seven and lost seven.

Also this weekend Newbridge are at home against relegation-haunted Beddau who are currently one point above them while second from bottom Rhydyfelin host another threatened club in Tata Steel and to compound matters further Bedlinog and Trebanos are also in the relegation mix.

As it stands Crymych are sixth in League 1 West with five games left, and could be on course for a top three berth at the end of the campaign.

The Preselimen will hope to bank points from the away game against fourth from bottom Gorseinon who went down 23-3 in the north Pembrokeshire village in early December.

A week later the Preselimen take on second in the table Llangennech at Parc Lloyd Thomas, the following Saturday visit strugglers Llanelli Wanderers and have home games against third-placed Gowerton and lowly Kidwelly.

In Division 3 West A mid-table Cardigan have home advantage against third-placed Haverfordwest who are hoping to occupy the runners-up spot behind champions-elect Milford Haven.
