KEEN runner Rhian Lewis has been putting her skills to good use raising money for Heart Wales.
It’s a cause close to her heart after the death of her father and she was joined by friends Ali Rees and Rhian Davies to run the Cardiff half marathon.
They are all members of Emlyn Runners in Newcastle Emlyn. In September Rhian and twin daughters Esyllt and Cerian ran the Cardiff 10k and also raised money for Heart Wales.
