Cardigan Town stalwart for many years Justin Evans has taken over the first team manager role in succession to Ceri Adams-Lewis who stood down due to family and work commitments.
Cardigan postman Evans is a former talented player with the Magpies and has had previous spells at the helm, initially as player/manager.
In recent seasons Evans has been head coach at Cardigan in charge of both senior and junior teams and has invited existing and new players to training sessions.
The Magpies start the new season in Division One of the Costcutter League on Wednesday, August 25 when hosting Llandysul and seven days later arch-rivals St Dogmaels cross the Teifi for a local derby clash.
