Former Newcastle Emlyn players and lifelong friends Scott Williams and Gareth Davies were again in action for Wales as their team controversially went down 12-6 to England in the Six Nations on Saturday.
While fans argued about the TMO's decision to disallow one Welsh try, Scott's effort seemed all but guaranteed except for a miraculous tackle by England's Sam Underhill.
There was more local interest as former Ysgol y Preseli flanker Lleucu George and Cardigan's Nia Elen Davies came on for Wales's women in the second half against England, but there was little to shout about as they wend down 52-0.
