Three people were arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning (Wednesday, August 13) on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owners consent.
The driver of the vehicle was also arrested for failing a drug swab, driving while uninsured and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence
All three have been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.
