Ironman Wales athletes are now tackling part two of the gruelling triathlon with the 112 mile cycle ride around south Pembrokeshire.

Having chalked off the 2.4 mile swim, competitors hop on their bikes for the route which takes in Pembroke and Carew among others.
And the route includes the infamous 'Heartbreak Hill' at Saundersfoot - a long climb packed with spectators.
The final event is the full marathon around Tenby.
