A man was rescued from a burning building in Narberth this afternoon.
Fire crews were called to a property fire at the house in the Coxhill area at 2.55pm this afternoon. The fire was in a first-floor bedroom and a man was rescued from the property by firefighters.
He was handed over to paramedics and taken to hospital by ambulance.
Firefighters from Haverfordwest, Whitland and Narberth were called to the incident. They used four sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, two thermal imaging cameras and small gear to deal with the blaze.
Firefighters left the scene at 4.13pm.
