A Hakin man has been warned he could face jail time if he continues failing to complete a community order.
Patrick Mcmanamon, of Hubberston Road, was resentenced at Haverfordwest magistrates on Monday, following a conviction by the same court in November for a racially aggravated offence.
Julian Davies of the probation service told the court Mcmanamon, aged 25, was originally sentenced to a 12-month community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, but had submitted medical evidence after failing to complete any of it.
Magistrates revoked Mcmanamon’s current order and re-sentenced him to a nine-month order with a 12-day rehabilitation activity requirement, and fined him £40.
The chairman of the bench said: “This is a second chance for you. If you come back here, the next bench will probably send you to jail.”
