There were three public notices recently published for the Ceredigion area.
The public notices include a probate and a temporary road closure.

David Gareth Jones - probate
Mr Jones, of Windrush House, Eglwyswrw, Crymych, died on January 17, 2024.
Anyone who has a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Jones, must be made in writing before September 7, 2024, to George Davies and Evans of Sycamore Street, Newcastle, Emlyn, Carmarthenshire, will oversee the distribution of the estate after this date.
Sarnau Road Closure
Ceredigion County Council plans to implement a temporary prohibition of traffic on U5072 Sarnau, Llandysul road from September 16, 2024.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, however, vehicle access will be prohibited while replacement works are carried out on a culvert.
The disruption is expected to last for four weeks.
The council has outlined an alternative route for westbound traffic.
This diversion of approximately 3.8 miles involves travelling along the U5072 to a junction with the A487T, then turning onto the C1153, and eventually proceeding right onto the UU12.
It then continues onto the C1012 and back onto the U5072.
For eastbound traffic, a similar route has been outlined, but vehicles will travel in the opposite direction.
Lampeter road closure
Ceredigion County Council plans to implement the Ceredigion County Council (St Thomas Street, Lampeter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024, which starts from September 9.
This prohibits vehicles from using this highway while chimney and painting work on The Castle Hotel is in progress, estimated to last for four weeks.
The alternative route for southbound traffic will lead onto the High Street (A475) to Harford Square roundabout, onto Bridge Street, to Drovers Road and St Thomas Street, covering a distance of approximately 350 yards.
