A Lampeter-based centre has been given a Green Flag Community Award by Keep Wales Tidy.
Denmark Farm Conservation Centre has been recognised for the award.
The award, considered the international standard for quality parks and green spaces, acknowledges the centre's high environmental standards, cleanliness, safety, and community involvement.
Established 37 years ago, the centre serves as an important resource within the community, encouraging wildlife preservation and reconnecting people with nature and enhancing biodiversity at its 40-acre reserve.
Reacting to the news, Mara Morris, the engagement manager at Denmark Farm said: "Gaining the Green Flag Award is an important recognition of all our amazing volunteers and the work they do keeping the nature reserve accessible to the community year round.
"With their support we can continue to manage this special site, increase biodiversity and enable everybody to enjoy the outdoors for improved health and well being."
Across Wales, 199 community-managed green spaces have met the rigorous standards to receive the Green Flag Community Award this year.
Keep Wales Tidy, the environmental charity, runs the awards scheme in Wales.
Lucy Prisk, Green Flag coordinator for Keep Wales Tidy, said: "We’re thrilled to see a new record number of 199 community managed green spaces in Wales have achieved Green Flag status, which is testament to the dedication and hard work of hundreds of volunteers.
"These sites, which play a vital role in the physical and mental well-being of communities across Wales, are now recognised as among the best in the world, having met the high standards required to achieve Green Flag Community status. Congratulations!"
Denmark Farm Conservation Centre encourages visitors, volunteers, and nature enthusiasts to experience its offerings stating 'if you love nature then you’ll love Denmark Farm!'
