Cardigan choir Ar Ôl Tri dedicate Eisteddfod win to much-missed 'Wyn y Vet'
CARDIGAN’S Ar Ôl Tri took first prize in the Male Voice Choir (with fewer than 20 members) category at the National Eisteddfod in Tregaron – and immediately dedicated their award to late founder and former conductor Wyn Lewis.
In a Facebook post, well-known tenor Ceri Davies said: “Da iawn Ar Ôl Tri! I can’t say how proud I am to have been a member of this wonderful choir for the last 12 years and that today’s performance was a tribute to our past conductor Wyn Lewis (Wyn y Vet)!
“The victory is for him!”
