IN June last year, St Dogmaels became one of eight areas in Wales to trial a 20mph speed limit under plans for a national roll-out of the limit across Wales.

Residents welcomed the limit being reduced from 30mph to 20mph after a campaign called St Dogmaels 20 is Plenty for Us.

A number of people have recently appeared in court for breaking this limit – including this Tesla driver who was hit with a fine of more than £1,500.
