A tractor run hit the rural roads of Ceredigion last Sunday, with some 50 tractor drivers raising money for the All Wales Ploughing Championships, which will be held next year at Morfa Mawr Llanon in September 2023.

The day's run saw a mixture of sunshine and a few heavy rain showers – not that it deterred the hardy drivers, with no cabs on their tractors as they left the Rugby Club car park at Newcastle Emlyn.

They headed out towards Cwm Cou and up Cwm Ceri, before heading towards Brongwyn and Capel Tygwydd, before dropping down to Cenarth.

A short stretch on the main road then followed before going back onto the minor roads and heading towards Tan y Bryn and Blaenporth.

From there the tractors made their way back towards Beulah and finally to the finish at the Newcastle Emlyn rugby club for a well earned meal after a great organised run by the members of Cymdeithas Aredig Ceredigion.
